How do I get started?

Is training in-person or online?
The training is strictly in-person at the location of your choice.
How do I know which program is right for me?
We offer a four step assessment where we measure your health and fitness level. Based on that, we’ll create a program specifically for your needs, whether it’s injury rehab or chronic condition management.
How often would I need to train considering I have a packed schedule?
We’ll create a schedule that works for you, based on your availability, goals and current fitness level.
Wouldn’t working out increase my pain?
Our trainers will monitor your form and adjust exercises to make sure you’re working safely and comfortably.
Do I need to check with my doctor before starting the program?
We recommend checking in with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a chronic condition. We’ll coordinate with your healthcare provider to make sure your program is safe.
How soon will I see results?
Most people feel improvements in energy and mobility within a few weeks. Long-term strength and health changes usually take several months of consistent effort.
What if I miss a session?
No worries! Life happens. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to reschedule and keep you on track.

Can I combine your program with other treatments?
Yes! Many of our clients combine personal training with physical therapy or other treatments. We’ll work with your healthcare team to make sure your program supports your overall treatment plan.
